  1. Well done Elspeth. What a great proactive idea. I can follow your progress between phone calls! Looking forward to meeting up soonish – hopefully the weather will be a bit more spring like! Xxx

  2. Elspeth, it was great to see you again last week and with such a positive approach to the future. Admirable. We share more than thirty years of friendship and many good and bad experiences , so I have witnessed your strength of character and perseverance on many occasions. I feel sure you will be an inspiration and support to many people. Looking forward to seeing you in the South of France soon!! Love Sue

  3. I have just read your blog, having seen it on the Parkinson’s Aware Week posts on Facebook.I was diagnosed eighteen months ago and am coping well and being very positive and enjoying life.I was inspired by reading blog to do even more.I think we live quite close to each other,I am in Clayton near Hassocks, and loved the idea of the choir ,is this in our local area?Thank you for the encouragement as i have been reluctant to get involved with groups etc.just wanting to cope on my own with help from very supportive husband.Best wishes.Pauline Webb.

  4. Elspeth, with the help of “Mr Google” I’ve managed to find you. A few years back my email was badly hacked and I lost your email contact. Having got over the shock of your news and having read all your blogs, I am full of admiration for your positive approach which must be a great help to your fellow sufferers – long may it continue. With my best wishes, Bob Cruse.
